	FYI Henkels & McCoy was chosen by Qwest Communications to install a key link between New York and Washington, D.C. in Amtrak ROW. We placed the innerduct and cable, provided engineering for permitting of major water crossings and POP locations and constructed six POP sites, all within the client's aggressive project schedule.
